Menu for one year old baby



What to feed a year old baby?

Our baby is independently feeding herself. We just put her on her high chair, chop the food, and put it in front of her. We are staying away from anything that has refined sugar, salt, or white flour. Wash the vegetables and fruit well and soak it in lime juice and water.

Breakfast:
Ripe organic banana or egg (boil or scramble)
Organic oatmeal, grained walnut, cashew with milk
Organic Blueberry, zucchini

Morning Snack:
Homemade wheat bread with flax seed
Blackberry, rose berry, and or strawberry
Belle paper

Lunch:
Organic beets, potato, tomato, and chicken (boiled or baked)
Cauliflower, green bean, edamami
Organic orange, apple, and lime

Afternoon Snack:
Cucumber, papaya, kiwi,
Homemade oatmeal bread with flax seed
Watermelon and sweet potato

Dinner:
Lentil soup, beans, potato, squash, pumpkin, broccoli, cabbage, spinach

Drink:
Breast milk, organic whole milk with Omega 3, water, homemade fruit and vegetable juice
